The location was great and convenient to nearby attractions and public transportation. The lobby and dining area had a welcoming atmosphere with fresh flowers. The staff, including the manager, were attentive and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable with AC.

Located conveniently in the heart of the city, staying in this hotel is an ideal way to explore the historic sites and local culture on foot. the spacious rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. we loved the aesthetic of the lobby area, which was decorated with beautiful fresh flowers and gave the hotel a homey vibe.
There were a few minor issues with the amenities, such as the small shower and the lack of sufficient WIFI coverage in certain parts of the hotel.

Spent New Year's here, and it was great. the room was spotless and spacious. the bed was ultra-comfy, and the location was amazing. You can walk to multiple restaurants and shopping centers in just a few minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a lift which was great, especially since we had a lot of luggage. Plus, the room had a mini-fridge and a lovely clock radio with a dock and Bluetooth connectivity, which came in handy.
That there wasn't an electric kettle in the room. Since it was cold outside, and we wanted to enjoy some hot chocolate, it would have been great to have one available.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the shopping area and city center. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
